The Job
We are looking for a motivated, confident, well-organized, and detail-oriented IT Guru with a passion for success to serve as our Senior IT Specialist. You will work as part of a team ensuring all hardware is installed to our standards, fully operational, accurate, and up-to-date. This is a growing role within the business, so responsibilities will expand over time. This role requires attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

The Team
You will be part of our Professional Services team that consists of several in-house employees, outside field engineers, and Project Manager. You will report to the Director of Partner Experience.

What You’ll Do All Day

  • Serve as the final escalation point for our internal service desk and professional services teams
  • Diagnose, research, and resolve complex escalated technical hardware and software issues
  • Lead advanced Cloud and Physical Server migration projects
  • Identify, plan, and resolve technical situations requiring urgent attention
  • Accurately maintain end-user installation procedures, configuration procedures, and documentation
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned

We Need to See

  • Our Clients are #1! YOU MUST SHARE THAT IDEAL
  • True passion for technology
  • 5-7 years’ experience in the following areas:
    • Network Infrastructure and Support
    • Advanced server configuration, domain migrations, and management
  • Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWARE
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows server administration
  • Experienced with cloud infrastructure setup, configuration, and management (Azure, Google, AWS)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

We’d Like to See

  • Any experience in the Dental or Medical IT support vertical a HUGE plus.
  • Cisco Meraki Experience
  • Cisco and Microsoft certifications a plus.
