The Job 
We are looking for a motivated, confident, well-organized, and detail-oriented IT Guru with a passion for success to serve as our Technical Alignment Manager (TAM). You will work within our Tru Methods orientated team ensuring client environments are aligned with our standards. This is a growing role within the business, so responsibilities will expand over time. This role requires a high attention to detail and critical thinking skills. 


The Team 
You will be part of our team that consists of 5 key delivery areas (vCIO, TAM, Support Services, Professional Services and Centralized Services). You will report to the CTO. 


What You’ll Do All Day 

  • Complete assessments for our clients ensuring their environment aligns with our best practice standards. 
  • Resolve client technical issues that are found to be out of alignment. 
  • Continuous development of proper technical standards and best practices for our customers. 
  • Work alongside our vCIO to explain the business impact and risk for issues found. 
  • Implement our brand of operations (The Medix Way). 
  • Find and resolve incidents before they grow into larger problems for our customers. 
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned 

We Need to See

  • Our Clients are #1! YOU MUST SHARE THAT IDEAL 
  • True passion for technology 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows server administration  
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • The ability to see beyond what is directly observable when performing a technical assessment. 


We’d Like to See 

  • Any experience in the Dental or Medical IT support vertical a HUGE plus. 
  • Cisco Meraki Experience 
  • Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWARE 
  • Switching and VLAN experience 
  • CompTIA, ITIL or other industry certificates a plus
